Company Secretarial Services
This is an ancillary service that VFS offers only to existing clients and funds. We take care of all their Company Management requirements, from incorporating companies to arranging board meetings, making statutory filings and providing registered office.
Directorships
Due to the nature of our business, all the board members of VFS have ample corporate governance experience as external directors of funds and other financial companies. We are happy to offer this expertise to our clients and consider appointments as directors to any of their corporate structures, licenced firms or funds. Two of our board members are also authorised by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, to act as Directors of Experienced Investor Funds (EIFs).
Trust & Foundation Councillor
To help our clients and family offices with their succession planning and financial re-structuring, VFS are also licenced to provide full trustee and foundation councillor services. We can be appointed as trustees/councillors to your trust/foundation and also carry out all the administration functions and filings required.
